Returns

You may cancel and return an unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return courier costs are for your account unless the item is faulty.

Warranty

All products carry a 6-month warranty against defects. If your Nagslang Flex is faulty, we will repair, replace or refund it, and we cover the courier costs. Damage from misuse is not covered.
